Lyle Weseloh, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of HVAC and energy solutions. Lyle started their career at Siemens Building Technologies in 1998 as an Energy Engineer and worked there until 2005. Lyle then joined Chevron Energy Solutions as a Lead Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager until 2011. From 2011 to 2018, Lyle worked at Siemens Building Technologies again, first as an Energy Services Product Manager and then as a Senior Portfolio Manager focusing on Life Science solutions. In 2018, they joined Midwest Mechanical, a Service Logic Company, as the Director of Operations.
