Matthew O'Connor

Matthew O'Connor, MPS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Benefits and Wellness at Kimball Midwest since August 2022. Previously, Matthew held the position of Benefits Financial Analyst at Bath & Body Works, where responsibilities included managing invoicing processes for Health and Welfare benefits and conducting data analysis. Prior experience includes roles at OhioHealth as a Benefits Consultant and Senior Business Coordinator in Human Resources, where Matthew was a subject matter expert in benefits administration and managed Workday HR System activities. Additional experience encompasses positions at Amazon and A Player Advantage, focusing on HR support, talent research, and candidate placement. Matthew possesses a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
