Snaiga Busma

Snaiga Busma, MBA, CPA, currently serves as Vice President - Controller at Midwest Vision Partners since September 2024. Previously, Snaiga held the position of Director of Accounting at Athletico from February 2022 to September 2024 and Director of Finance and Accounting at eFinancial from August 2021 to January 2022. Snaiga's experience also includes roles as Director of Accounting at the American Society of Anesthesiologists® from June 2018 to August 2021, Finance Manager at CBRE from March 2016 to June 2018, and various finance roles at Aon Hewitt between June 2004 and March 2016. Snaiga earned a Master's degree with a double concentration in Finance and Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin between 2001 and 2004.
