Nicole Anderson is a Learning & Development Support Specialist at MidWestOne Bank, where responsibilities include promoting and referring bank products, processing over 100 customer transactions daily, and supporting deposit operations. Prior to this role, Nicole served as a Team Member/Shift Manager at Noodles & Company, ensuring a clean environment and efficient service, and gained experience as a Server at Mellow Mushroom, enhancing guest dining experiences. Early work included roles as a Hostess/Busser at Blue Plate Restaurant Company, focusing on customer communication and service. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Enterprise Leadership with a minor in Psychology from the University of Iowa, completed in 2016, after graduating from Maple Grove Senior High School in 2012.
