Koji Onoe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the natural gas and LNG sectors. Currently serving as CEO of MIECO INC. since April 2020, Onoe has held several prominent positions at Marubeni Corporation from April 2013 to April 2020, including Deputy General Manager of Natural Gas and General Manager of the Natural Gas Business. Prior experience includes the role of CEO at Marubeni Energy Europe Ltd. and head of LNG operations within Marubeni Corporation. Additionally, Onoe has expertise gained through positions at Qatargas and early career development within the LNG department at Marubeni Corporation. Onoe earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Keio University.
