Alissa Hawerkamp

Alissa Hawerkamp is currently a Junior New Business Manager and Junior Incubation Manager at Miele since April 2021. Prior to this role, Alissa worked at Dr. Oetker as a Master’s Degree Candidate in People and Culture, focusing on a thesis about "Shared Leadership in family businesses," and also served as an intern in International People and Culture. Alissa gained experience at Weidmüller Deutschland as a Working Student in Brand Management and Customer Experience, as well as at itelligence and Bertelsmann Stiftung in related working student and internship roles. Alissa began their career with an internship in Corporate Communications at Schüco International KG. Educational background includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Bielefeld University, along with international exposure from Queensland University of Technology.
