Christian Markmann

Christian Markmann currently serves as the Vice President of People Experience at Miele, where responsibility encompasses designing key elements of employee experience and enhancing employer attractiveness through strategic global HR service offerings. Prior roles at Miele include Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Analytics, where management of the global HR Center of Expertise was emphasized, and Director of HR Sales and Administration, overseeing operational HR management and governance. Christian's initial career began at Stadtwerke Bielefeld GmbH as a Commercial Apprentice and Salary Accountant. Educational qualifications include a degree in Strategic Management for Executives from St. Gallen Business School, completion of a program at London Business School, and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Organisation from Hochschule Bielefeld. Additionally, Christian has international experience from Syddansk Universitet.
