Noam Pintel is an experienced research assistant currently working at MIGAL Galilee Research Institute since January 2019, specializing in the phytochemicals and immune modulation lab and previously in the evolutionary and genomics lab. Prior to this role, Noam owned a private dining business, Noam's Garden, from 2017 to 2019, where services included developing concepts and preparing 8-course meals for groups. Noam also served as a sous chef at Benjolina from 2015 to 2017, focusing on recipe development and training staff. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Biotechnology obtained from Tel-Hai College (2019-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Tel-Hai College (2013-2016).
