Saar Peretz is currently a Research Assistant at MIGAL Galilee Research Institute, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Saar Peretz was a student in the Food Science program at Tel-Hai College from October 2020 to July 2023. Saar Peretz is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Biotechnology at Tel-Hai College, with studies ongoing since January 2024.
