Megan Boey attended Manjusri Secondary School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their GCE 'O' Levels. Megan then attended LASALLE College of the Arts from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained their Diploma in Animation. Megan also holds additional certifications in Animation from Goldsmiths, University of London and GCE 'O' Levels from University of Cambridge.
