Ana-Maria Erbsland

Ana-Maria Erbsland has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner and acting team leader in recruiting at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund since February 2021. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at SIX from August 2020 to February 2021 and at ERNI from October 2019 to June 2020, as well as Consultant Permanent and Recruitment Trainee at Adecco from August 2018 to September 2019. Ana-Maria completed a personal assistant degree in HR management through NBW Betriebstwirtschaftliche Weiterbildung in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure Industries from Steinbeis Hochschule, earned between 2014 and 2018.
