Previously, at Gryphon Technologies, Kelly held multiple roles including Contracts Manager and Program Control Analyst, where responsibilities included maintaining contract files, preparing purchase order requisitions, and assisting program managers with contract understanding. Earlier experience includes roles at WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc., handling accounts payable and contract administration, and at ETENNA CORPORATION as an Executive Assistant/Accounting Assistant. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Acquisition and Contract Management from Strayer University-Maryland.
