Sheena Caines

Sheena Caines, aPHR, currently serves as the Executive Operations Lead at MileIQ, providing executive support to the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sheena was the Executive Assistant to the US CEO and US People Operations Lead at Monzo Bank from May 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included comprehensive People Operations management and recruiting to build the US team. Sheena's extensive background in operational and administrative roles includes serving as the Head of Student Services and Operations Director at Hult International Business School, as well as positions at Nuun Hydration, RFG Oil, Inc., and others. Educational qualifications include a BA in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University and a study abroad year in Politics and German at Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen.
