Liliana Rodriguez is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources. Since May 2016, Liliana has held the position of Manager of Talent Management at Milenio Diario, focusing on planning, implementing, and managing human resource needs. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2014, Liliana served as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at NOR-SEG, responsible for managing personnel for 2,700 employees and overseeing various areas such as labor relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, organizational development, and safety regulations, while also participating in the ISO 9001:2008 certification process.
