Lauren Higgins

Lauren Higgins has extensive experience in service delivery and operations management within various industries. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Executive at Milestone Technologies, Inc., Lauren oversees a team of over 70 employees, having successfully expanded the service delivery team at Meta. Previously, as Director of Operations at Savoya, Lauren drove exceptional service experiences and mentored client care agents. With a strong foundation in marketing and event management, Lauren has also held positions in digital marketing and content creation across multiple companies. An alumna of Texas Tech University, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
