Currently serving as Global Brand Director at Waldencast since January 2023, Rassi is also the Co-Founder of ShoutOut since January 2022. Rassi has been pivotal in the growth of Milk Makeup since January 2016, holding the positions of Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer, as well as Co-Founder and CEO. Additionally, Rassi has played a key role as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Milk since April 1996, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to innovative brand strategy and development.
