Paige Blake is a seasoned professional in organizational development and creative management, currently serving as the Director of People + Organizational Development at Milk since July 2022 and as a Coach and Organizational Design Consultant at revere since March 2021. With a strong academic background including a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a diverse career encompassing roles such as Director of Global Creative Management and Global Creative Project Director at TBWA\Worldwide, Paige has effectively blended creativity with business acumen. Additional experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant to the Worldwide Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy & Mather, programming roles at Tribeca Film Festival and Sundance Institute, and marketing leadership at Music Box Films. Paige holds multiple degrees, including an MA in Film Criticism, History & Theory from the University of Miami and a BS in Business - Marketing from Miami University, complemented by the Rocky Mountain Outdoor Educator Program from NOLS.
