Sebastian Ponulak

Sebastian Ponulak currently serves as the Director of Procurement UK at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Sebastian held the title of Head of Procurement at Montcalm Collection and Inhabit Hotels from April 2022 to April 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Purchasing and Systems at SIMPLE Health Kitchen from August 2021 to March 2022, and a long tenure at The Lanesborough Hotel as Cost Controller and IT Administrator from June 2010 to August 2021. Earlier roles include Systems and Inventory Manager at Buddha Bar LTD and Trainer/Installer at Micros Fidelio UK LTD. Sebastian holds an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Banking & Insurances from the Academy of Economics, with studies completed between 1997 and 2002.
