Don Ratcliff is an experienced professional in land management and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Alberta Field Operations at Millennium Land Ltd. since April 2017. Previously, Ratcliff worked at Mosaic Energy Ltd. as a Senior Advisor in Surface Land Acquisition and Aboriginal Relations, focusing on securing surface access and engaging with First Nations. In addition to extensive industry experience, Ratcliff held leadership roles at CEAMS, including past Chairman of the Board of Directors, and has held positions in notable companies such as Enerplus, Apache Corporation, ExxonMobil, TransCanada Pipelines, and NOVA Gas Transmission. Ratcliff's education includes a diploma in Land Agent from Olds College and a certificate in Corporate Community Relations from Boston College.
