Paul Armstrong

Paul Armstrong is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance Projects & Strategy at Millennium Management since February 2016, focusing on transformation, program management, business analysis, data management, reporting, and analytics. Prior to this role, Paul was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley from December 2007 to February 2016, where responsibilities included leading a major multi-year project for the Institutional Securities Group and managing the P&L process for the Municipal Securities business within the Fixed Income Division. Earlier in the career, Paul worked as an Execution Trader at Barclays Wealth from August 2005 to November 2007, overseeing the preparation and execution of trades in equity, fixed income, and listed derivatives. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Glasgow.
