Manning has an extensive tenure at The Miller Group, beginning in March 2010, where roles include Chief Executive Officer, Chief Service Officer, and President of Employee Benefits. Responsibilities at The Miller Group encompass driving revenue growth, managing operations, and fostering strategic vendor relationships within one of the Midwest's largest privately held brokerage firms. Education includes studies at The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Art History from Loyola University Chicago.
