Emily Burns

Emily Burns is an experienced professional in facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Global Facilities Management at MillerKnoll since May 2012. In this role, Emily oversees global Facility Managers across multiple regions, including China, Europe, India, North America, Mexico, and Brazil, focusing on the development and implementation of standards and policies that align with Herman Miller's values and environmental standards. Previously, as the Senior Manager of Business Continuity & Sustainability at Priority Health from October 2004 to May 2012, Emily managed facilities-related moves, renovations, and security changes, while also being accountable for the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities and Recreational Planning from Indiana Wesleyan University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
