Melissa Olive

Melissa Olive has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Melissa started their career at Toyota Motor Corporation, where they worked as an Assembly Production Engineer Lead from 2008 to 2012. Melissa then joined Herman Miller in 2012 and held multiple roles such as Performance Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Senior Quality Engineer until 2017. At Herman Miller, they focused on reducing quality issues, improving productivity, and implementing problem-solving capabilities. Currently, Melissa is working at MillerKnoll as the Director of Operations, a position they have held since August 2022.

Melissa Olive completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Grand Valley State University from 2014 to 2016.
