Andrea Munoz serves as the Vice President of Service Delivery for El Salvador and Costa Rica at Concentrix, overseeing operations with a combined headcount of over 13,000 employees. With significant expertise in operational performance, P&L delivery, staff engagement, and strategic planning, Andrea has progressed through various leadership roles, including Senior Director for El Salvador and Nicaragua and Country Senior Director for Concentrix El Salvador. Additionally, Andrea has experience in managing contact center operations for Millicom (Tigo) across multiple Central American countries. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager at Convergys and operational positions at Stream Global Services and Dell, complemented by an MBA from ESI School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'.
