Fernanda Solorzano

Fernanda Solorzano is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in shared services and corporate accounting. Currently, Fernanda serves as the Director of Finance Shared Services and Corporate Accounting and the Director of the LATAM Shared Service Center at Millicom (Tigo) since August 2019. In September 2023, Fernanda took on the role of Services Offshoring Expert at 40+ League, a community focused on skill enhancement for leaders and professionals. Previously, Fernanda held key positions at Xerox from November 2009 to June 2020, including Deputy Director of the F&A Guatemala Center of Excellence and Director of the Guatemala Finance and Accounting Shared Service Center. Before that, Fernanda worked as a Business Controller at Henkel from April 2007 to November 2009. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, a Global Business Services Professional Advanced Diploma from The Hackett Institute, and a Master's degree in Financial Administration from Universidad Galileo.
