Ibrahim Saada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mobile financial services and value-added services. Since joining Millicom (Tigo) in 2014 as the MFS Process and Quality Assurance Manager, Ibrahim has successfully introduced corporate processes that enhanced business efficiency and customer service. In the role of Product Manager for Tigo Business, Ibrahim has overseen the execution of mobile and advanced solution projects, achieving a 20% revenue increment through the introduction of new revenue streams. Prior experience includes roles as a VAS Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks and Zain Tanzania Limited, focusing on maintaining system performance and KPI compliance.
