Jania Cano

Jania Cano has extensive experience in the telecommunications and operational excellence sectors, currently serving as Gerente Senior Comercial Regional and Gerente Senior de Excelencia Operativa at Millicom (Tigo) since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jania held several key positions, including Jefe de Efectividad Operacional at Telefónica from May 2013 to December 2019 and Gerente de Operaciones at GRUPO OMLIN S.A from 2010 to March 2013. Earlier career highlights include roles atPacífica Salud as Gerente de Servicios Generales from January 2007 to January 2010, and in operations at Sitel and Cable & Wireless Panama from 1995 to 2007. Jania holds a Master's degree in Customer Experience from Inesdi Business Techschool (2022-2023) and an engineering degree in systems from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
