Case grew up in Lincoln, Illinois and spent well over a decade living in Decatur after graduation from Millikin. Case is vice president, Human Resources, for Archer Daniels Midland Company. Case serves on the University of Illinois Employer Advisory Board and on the Lincoln College Presidential Advisory Council.
When not working or spending time with his family, Case enjoys running, traveling for fun, and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles. Case and wife, Natalie (also a Millikin graduate), have a daughter, Iris.

Millikin University is an independent, four-year university in Decatur, IL. with approximately 2,000 students in traditional and non-traditional undergraduate and Masters's degree programs. Students not only learn through textbooks but get hands-on experience through internships, consulting projects, and one-on-one work with professors.
