Dan Fleischman, PharmD, BCPS, is a seasoned pharmacy professional with extensive experience in clinical services. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Milliman IntelliScript since April 2017, Dan has previously held roles as Manager, Senior Pharmacy Consultant, and Pharmacy Consultant within the same organization. Prior to this, Dan was the Hospital Pharmacy Manager and Clinical Pharmacist at Monroe Clinic from January 2012 to April 2017. Dan's early career included a Pharmacy Residency at CHI Franciscan Health and an internship at Froedtert Hospital. Dan earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2004 and 2010.
