Theresa Seaks (née Trankle) is an experienced professional in billing operations and accounts receivable management, currently serving as the Manager of Billing Operations at Milliman IntelliScript since September 2020, following a role as Senior Technical Billing Analyst. Prior to this, Theresa worked as a Billing Specialist at Pieper Electric, Inc., and held various positions at Brookdale from September 2008 to August 2019, including AR/Collections Manager and Accounts Receivable Supervisor. Earlier experience includes roles at M&I Bank, Niceware International, LLC, and Gehl Company. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wisconsin Lutheran College and has pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee - School of Continuing Education and Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology.
