Lisa Patten

Lisa Patten is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in administration and creative writing. Currently a graduate student in the MFA Program in Creative Writing at Mills College, Lisa has been engaged in the program since August 2017. Simultaneously, Lisa serves as a Senior Staff Assistant in the Quality Department at Kaiser Permanente, a role held since September 2008, which supports creative and artistic pursuits. Previous experience includes an administrative assistant position at the American Cancer Society from 2004 to 2007. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and the History of Art from Yale University, followed by a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Mills College.
