Cindy Monroe

Cindy Monroe currently serves as the Director of Financial Aid at Millsaps College, responsible for overseeing all financial aid funds, maintaining federal and state authorizations, and managing accounts and reporting. Previously, Cindy held a consultant position at Ferrilli, where expertise was utilized to implement Self Service Financial Aid solutions and improve financial aid processes for clients. Prior experience includes roles at Millsaps College as Technical Operations Manager of Financial Aid, and various positions at Hinds Community College, including Technology Coordinator and Refund Specialist. Cindy's career began at Migerobe, Inc. and Southern Research Group in bookkeeping and payroll processing roles. Academically, Cindy holds a Master of Business Administration from Delta State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College of Flint, and an Associate of Science degree from Hinds Community College.
