Millsaps College
Megan James currently serves as the Vice President of Student Life and Dean of Students at Millsaps College since June 2021, bringing extensive experience in higher education. Previously, Megan was the Alumni Engagement Associate at the University of Mississippi Medical Center from January 2016 to June 2021. Earlier roles at Millsaps College included Assistant Dean of Students and Director of the First Year Experience and Fraternity/Sorority Life from 2007 to June 2015. Additionally, Megan worked as a Graduate Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2005 to 2007 and as a Chapter Development Consultant for Delta Delta Delta from 2004 to 2005. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millsaps College.
