Fred Goins possesses extensive operational leadership experience spanning over three decades in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Millwork 360, Fred has previously held significant roles, including Regional Operations Manager at Fiberon Decking, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for multiple locations and driving initiatives to enhance quality and safety. Fred's prior experience at Plexus Corp. featured progressive responsibilities such as Manufacturing Manager, where overall strategy deployment was managed for a large facility, and Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on continuous improvement methodologies. Fred's educational background includes an AASEE in Electrical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute and studies at Boise State University.
