Priti Johari

Priti Johari is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within school systems. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Learning and Innovation at Milpitas Unified School District since July 2021, Priti focuses on design thinking and scaling effective instructional practices for a diverse student population of 10,000. Previously, as Chief Academic Officer at Academy of the Pacific Rim Charter Public School, Priti advanced an equity-focused program for 545 students, emphasizing anti-racist pedagogy. Priti's earlier roles include Assistant Superintendent at Chelsea Public Schools, where significant initiatives included the co-development of an Early College Program, and positions at Green Dot Public Schools and Teach for America, where foundational teaching skills were developed. Priti holds a Master of Education in School Leadership from Harvard, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Chicago.
