Greg Otsa

Greg Otsa currently serves as the Head of Software Engineering at Milrem Robotics, where significant achievements include expanding the team by over 30 new hires, streamlining software development processes, and establishing a Software Architecture function. Prior to this, Greg worked at Telia for nearly nine years in various senior roles, including CIO for Telia Estonia, where responsibilities encompassed IT delivery for approximately 300 personnel and driving an automation-focused culture across teams. Earlier experience includes key positions at Eesti Energia AS, where foundational IT service management processes were established, and a diverse IT role at Juura, Õigusteabe AS. Greg holds both a Master’s and a Diploma in IT from Tallinn University of Technology.
