Sten Allik

Sten Allik currently serves as the Lead Capability Development Strategist and Capability Development Adviser at Milrem Robotics since November 2021, and holds the position of Director of CD&E. Additionally, Sten is a PhD Student at the Finnish Defence University, contributing to academic research in the field. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Officer in the Estonian Defence Forces and Chief of Centre for Applied Research at the Estonian National Defence College from 2013 until August 2018. Sten's educational background includes a Master's degree in Strategic Studies, Defence Policy, and Industrial Dynamics from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and Collège Interarmée de Défense, as well as a degree from the National Defence University in Finland.
