Chris Birdyshaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Land Consultant/Broker at Coastal Communities. In 2010, they joined Live Oak Real Estate as a Broker/Realtor until 2012. Following this, from 2012 to 2015, Chris held the role of Regional Sales Manager at Fimbel Architectural Door Specialties, and subsequently became the Vice President of Sales until 2019. In the same year, they joined Milrose Consultants as the New Jersey Enterprise Sales Executive, and later became the Vice President of Sales.

Chris Birdyshaw attended the University of Mount Olive from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business-Management and Organizational Development. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they studied at Cape Fear Community College and obtained an Associate degree in Arts. Chris also spent a year at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 1998 and 1999, studying General Studies, but did not complete a degree at that time.
