Andy Rourke is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in engineering management and process improvement across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Chemical Engineer at Milsco Manufacturing since July 2019, Rourke previously held the position of Manager - Operations Engineering at SFS Intec, overseeing multiple teams related to project engineering and coatings development. Rourke's earlier roles include Research Engineer at ITW, where responsibilities involved managing an adhesives blending facility and driving continuous improvement initiatives, and Director of Process Engineering at Advanced Urethane Technologies, focusing on process improvements across several plants. Additional experience includes supervisory and engineering roles at Perry Foam Products, Urethane Soy Systems, and Carpenter Company. Rourke holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
