Steve Bray

Steve Bray is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in event management and building operations. Since June 2022, Steve has served as the Director of Building Operations for Milwaukee Bucks Inc. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Senior Operations Manager at ASM Global from January 2020 to June 2022 and Event Manager at SMG, overseeing diverse events at Chesapeake Energy Arena and Cox Convention Center from October 2013 to January 2020. Earlier in career, Steve served as Operations Manager for the Indianapolis Indians, managing various events and reconciling significant operational budgets. Steve began professional journey as a Doorman at Harry's Chocolate Shop. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision and an Associate of Science in Network Engineering, both from Purdue University.
