Elizabeth Jerow

Elizabeth Jerow is an experienced library and user experience professional, currently serving as the Director of the Library at Milwaukee School of Engineering since June 2021, following previous roles including Assistant Director and Instruction and Outreach Librarian. With a strong foundation in digital strategy and user experience design, Elizabeth has contributed as a User Experience/Content Strategist at Elevated Third and as a Senior User Experience Strategist at Hanson Dodge. Earlier career highlights include positions as a User Experience Designer at 7Summits and a Strategy Consultant at Zywave, where exceptional client engagement and support were emphasized. Academic qualifications include a BA in Music and an MLIS in Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
