Peter Bauer

Peter Bauer has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO at Mimecast since January 2003, a company co-founded by Peter Bauer. Prior to this, Peter Bauer was the Managing Director at Idion Solutions Cape Town from 1999 to 2002 following its acquisition of FAB Technology, where Peter Bauer served as Co-founder and Managing Director from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Peter Bauer worked as a Consultant at Bhekisizwe / ICL from 1996 to 1997 and co-founded Cypress Distributors / Executive School Supplies, serving as General Manager from 1992 to 1995. Peter Bauer holds an honorary Doctorate in Business from Plymouth State University and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Institute of Marketing Management South Africa.
