Tess Rinearson

Tess Rinearson is an accomplished technology executive with a strong background in engineering and product management within the blockchain sector. Currently serving as Group PM of Platforms and Security and Head of Product at OP Labs since February 2023, Rinearson is also a Board Member at the Mina Foundation. Previous roles include Crypto Engineering Lead at Twitter, where Rinearson was instrumental in establishing a new Crypto team, and Council Member at the Interchain Foundation. Rinearson has held various leadership positions at Interchain GmbH as VP of Engineering and at Interstellar after its acquisition of Chain. Other notable experiences include VP Engineering and Engineering Manager at Chain, as well as software engineering roles at Medium.com, Microsoft, and Valve Corporation. Rinearson's education includes studies at the University of Pennsylvania and Carnegie Mellon University, complemented by a strong foundation from Lakeside School.
