Hiroto's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd, where significant contributions were made as Senior Director and Global Head of Cell Manufacturing Strategy in the Regenerative Medicine Unit. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutical Science from Kyoto University and a Master of Business Administration from Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business.
