Steve Niedzielski

Steve Niedzielski is an experienced professional in the engineering and product management fields, currently serving as Heater Product Manager at All Flex Flexible Circuits & Heaters since August 2021. With a robust background at Minco Products, Inc. as a Senior Applications Engineer since July 2015, Steve has also held various engineering roles at Phillips & Temro Industries and Minco Products, demonstrating expertise in customer interaction, product design, and quality assurance. Starting as an Engineering Intern at Woodcraft Industries, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and Manufacturing from St. Cloud State University and received further education at the University of Minnesota in 2003.
