Mikko Silvast has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mikko started their career at Lemminkäinen Infra Oy in 2006, where they held the role of Supervisor until 2011. Mikko then moved on to Suomen Malmi Oy/Drillcon AB and served as a Supervisor from 2011 to 2016. After that, they joined Styrud Boreal Oy as a Työpäällikkö, where they supervised and managed various challenging drilling projects across Finland until 2020. Currently, Mikko Silvast is working at Mincon as a Sales Engineer and has recently been promoted to the role of Sales Director Finland.
Mikko Silvast completed their Engineer's Degree in Construction Engineering from Savonia Amk tekniikka, Kuopio, from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Industrial Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in the years 2021 and 2022.
