Donna Jones

Donna Jones is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Change Business Partner at Mind since October 2023. Prior to this role, Donna worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Art Fund from April to November 2023 and held the position of Interim Head of People and Culture at Amnesty International AIUK from August 2022 to June 2023. Donna's extensive experience includes leadership roles at LC&W UCC, where responsibilities involved managing the HR team to ensure a skilled workforce for various NHS services, and at The British Red Cross as Head of HR for the UK.
