Mark Cox has a solid work experience, starting in 1986 as a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen. Mark then worked at BJ Services Company from 1990 to 2008, where they held positions as Tax Director and Middle East Region Controller. From 2009 to 2016, Cox was with Key Energy Services, serving as VP Tax and later as VP & Controller. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at MIND Technology, Inc., a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to their current role, Cox was the VP Finance & Accounting, Chief Accounting Officer at MIND Technology, Inc. from 2017 to 2022. Throughout their career, Cox has showcased their expertise in financial planning, accounting, tax functions, and internal/SEC reporting.
