Shane Roylance

Shane Roylance has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shane is currently the Chief Technology Officer at MindBase | Proactive Peer Support since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CaptionCall where they held multiple positions including Vice President of Engineering from January 2020 to April 2022, Sr. Director of Software Development from August 2018 to January 2020, and Director of Cloud Software Development from December 2012 to August 2018.

Before CaptionCall, Shane worked at Sorenson Communications as a Software Engineering Manager from January 2011 to December 2012, and as a Sr. Software Engineer from July 2005 to January 2011. Shane also has experience in Spillman Technologies, Inc. where they served as a Software Architect from January 2004 to July 2005, and as a Software Engineer from September 1999 to January 2004.

Shane's earlier work experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Motorola from June 1998 to September 1999.

Shane Roylance completed their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1998 at Utah State University. Shane obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science during this time.
