John Strong

John Strong is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in platform engineering and IT operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Platform Engineering at Mindbody since January 2017, John oversees global Cloud Infrastructure & Platform engineering teams, focusing on delivering reliable and scalable services for MINDBODY software. Previously, John held the role of Director of IT Operations at Mindbody, managing the reliability of cloud systems for over 70,000 SaaS subscribers. Prior positions include Program Manager for IT Shared Services at KAR Auction Services, where John led IT Service Management programs, and Manager of Network Operations Center at Interactive Intelligence, responsible for infrastructure support. John's early career included technical support and system administration at BCforward, where John implemented critical infrastructure solutions. John holds a degree from Indiana University Indianapolis.
